Here's my Short N' Sweet shrug, made in size small.  I used purple Red Heart Yarn.  This was my first attempt at the relief shell stitch.

Funny thing, I don't usually travel to these boards.  And I popped over here to see if anybody had any idea how to decipher the pattern for this bolero.  So thank you!!!  Now maybe I can give it a whirl.

This was my second project out of the Happy Hooker book and I was really pleased with the result. Yours looks fantastic! I used a bright turquoise that had silver in it. I found the directions pretty easy to follow once you envision what it's asking of you. I had lots of fun doing the shell relief pattern!
