There's a monthly themed even in downtown Mesa and last month was steampunk! So I hunkered down to try and make some things that would really catch their eye since my normal stuff is more industrial than steampunk...and it worked  Grin Everyone who stopped by and most did, loved my stuff. Here are a couple of the goodies I came up with

The big picture may be amazing but it's the little details that inspire.

Wow.  These are beautiful.  I love the contrast between the rustic steampunk copper and the shiny glossy eyes/jewels.  Beautiful!

These are gorgeous! I love the combination of glass and metallic and leather-looking materials. I would be constantly holding them up to my eye to look through the glass. Grin I can understand why everyone loved your stuff, I'm wisting these!

Grin Thanks so much everyone! Some of the first things I did were with glass gems in them and I keep coming back to them, I likes the shiny, too ;P I also have a love for all things supernatural so I lean toward them for that, too.....you know all those moves where there's an amulet with a powerful gem in it? Sigh. The one is an eye, I like purple lol Would love to have purple eyes!

Gah! I cannot understand how you manage to make polymer clay look so good! Everything I make just comes out looking like it was done by a 6 year old. Smiley These are amazing.

They are beautiful! Mature looking and 'classy' but there's no mistaking their steampunk theme.  Like the kind of thing you could wear to work.  I really like the overall look and finish to them.
