So, I started this early Feb. I got all the pieces cut out, then I started hand-sewing it. Big mistake. I ran out of steam after just one short tentacle and one long tentacle. So, I started it up again this past Sunday, and finished it last night. Now, without further rambing, my squid (PS-what should I name him? I want a play on words, like Squidartha or Bo-Squiddly (Both taken)):

If I could change anything, I would have centered the tentacles better, and used orange thread, not black, to sew him up.

Thanks for looking!!!

Holy cow that squid is large. I can't believe you stitched it by hand! He looks great.

Thanks! My next project is going to be a sharktopus, inspired by this-http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=369653.msg4345242#4345242. He's only going to be 3 and 1/2 feet long.

Impressive! Look at the size of that thing. I'll post again if I have any name suggestions.

I'm cheating on Craftster with Pinterest. It's ok though. There's overlap.
