I've just launched my new website (and am newly registered here too, first post yay!), I didn't feel my original branding was strong enough and it was really limited (to masquerade masks only!). Plus I had a bunch of people telling me I was seriously underselling myself. I wanted to start to expand into making pretty much anything from clothing to jewelry to hats and everything in between. It's also my first time using etsy so really any and all advice anyone has would be much appreciated! Does the new branding of Curious Fashion work? Is it all clear and cohesive? Do the listings make sense? How are the items looking? Are the photos good/clear enough? Am I missing anything glaringly obvious, hehe?

Any advice or tips at all are really welcome!

My site is here, and like I said, it's brand new and I'm trying to add an item a day to keep it up to date.

Or direct to the etsy store: http://www.etsy.com/shop/curiousfashion?ref=pr_shop

Thanks guys!

I think that the marketing/ branding looks nice and professional.  I can't comment on your etsy store listings, as you are on vacation right now.. but I do have a comment for your website.  Your website looks aesthetically nice, but I was surprised that you didn't have any other information on it.  You only have links to your various stores, and fan pages... although this is fine when people know you, and are familiar with your work, it alienates new visitors.    Right now, your site looks very "hey, buy my stuff, did I mention buy my stuff?", which will turn some potential customers away.  You want to pull people in with personality.  Show them that there is in fact a lovely person behind this interesting apparel, that your products have real character because you have character, that you are passionate and love what you are doing.

Also, I would recommend having some products on the site all the time (even if its just a gallery).  Since you are on a holiday right now, there is no way for me to see any of your hand-crafted products.  (I did see that you have a link to your deviant art page, but not everyone is comfortable with that website enough to browse, plus the link pulls visitors to your profile page on a different website than your own which again is confusing for some people)  Plainly said: if I were a random viewer, interested in purchasing a beautiful decorative mask, right now, you would lose a future sale, and a repeat viewer on your site.  You want to make it as easy as possible for people to see your work, especially when you use a storefront like Etsy that does not show your products at all when you put your store into holiday mode.

Curious Fashion is definitely interesting, and your branding is very lovely.

I’ll weave your names into my ribcage; lock your hearts inside my chest.
Regain the passion I once carried; do away with all the rest.
I tore the sickness from your bodies; smashed its head against the bricks.
I made a castle from its bones that you may always dwell in it.
