I usually use stamped phrases that come in sets, but the personalization is a great idea. We have a lot of inside jokes in our family and it would be neat to work some of them in.

I add a pretty piece of die cut paper in a special shape. I adhere using my ATG gun or repositionable double tape. That way the recipient has a special note and can reuse the card if they choose to do so.

I really love this idea!  I will be stealing it.
