Hi all! Mid to late 2010, my friend taught me chainmaille. I'm now addicted. Last year I decided to experiment with chainmaille and use your basic 1-1-1-1-1 to make a chainmaille pentacle for Saturn for the Samhain swap. Since making this, I've come a lot further in chainmaille, but I ended up not getting a chance to post this on here last year, so better late than never =)



This is made from 16g stainless steel and glow in the dark silicone rings. I hurt a muscle in my hand making this and had trouble using my hand for a few days. Nowadays I primarily work in smaller rings and my hands can take a lot more damage before any muscles get injured. These stainless steel rings are as evil as ever, but they come in handy in a pinch =]

I'm down to like 3 glow in the dark rings now sadly Sad I hope I can get more at some point if I can find a US distributer where they're affordable...
