Hippos are always cute!

Hi every one! 
I am a total new bee on crafster so please feel free to let me know what you think.
I made this for My friend Norma and my little crafty friend to be gracy!
I did not have a pattern to run off i just did it from the top of my head but i can explain it how to make the hippo


I learned part of the booties by traceyishh on youtube.  and i changed it to high tops instead of daisy shoes. but the beret i came up with it in my head

Thank YOu its very simple, the head is a circle and the mouth is the same pattern for the soul of a shoe but with double crochet all the way and you just make sure you drop to single crochet in the mid top, then sow the circle to the bacl of the mouth, then make two tiny circle eyes, hand stich it with floss and presto lol. I am still learning the lingo for it. I have been doing it for a while but never really learned how to follow patterns... but if i figure out the proper way to explain it i will be sure to post it with counts and rounds and all that next time
