I found this pattern in an 09 issue of "The Quilter" Magazine. The quilt is a wedding gift for a cousin that was recently married. They both love western things and I had fun choosing fabrics in the theme.

I used an Alexander Henry print for my focal squares and a boarder. I combined stars, barbed wire, cattle brands, horse shoes, and a leather look fabric for the rest. The green outside boarder is a tone on tone scenery fabric.
My wonderful local long arm quilter quilted it up with hats, boots, and horse shoes!

The happy couple loves it!

Beautiful! The fabrics work together so well, and the quilting is just the icing on that western cake!  You rock!
