*How many claims are you allowed to have outstanding?
*Which craftsterers do you need to PM in regards to all approval, sending and receiving information?
Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join this swap! Sign-ups are open until May 22nd. PM the organizers the above questionnaire to get started, and please wait to be accepted into the swap before making any claims. Please make sure you are not late in any of your other swaps before committing to this one.
To join this round you must be cleared in all Ongoing Hoopla Swaps through Round 1 (except for international delivery). You also cannot join this swap if you are currently late in Round 1. Do not join this swap if you are late in other swaps. Please make those swaps your priority.
HOW THIS SWAP WORKS:
Claims are made throughout the month. You have three weeks from the time you make a claim to send that claim.
You can make as many (or as few) claims as you want throughout the month as long as you never go over your allowed amount of outstanding claims. (An outstanding claim is a hoopla that has not been received; when that hoopla is received your number of outstanding claims goes down leaving you open to bring it back up to 2 or 3.)
If, at any point, you already have one claim that will be sent out late, please don't claim again until that one is sent out.
FOCs are allowed to make a maximum of 3 outstanding claims.
Non-FOCs are allowed to make a maximum of 2 outstanding claims.
First time swappers are allowed to make a maximum of 1 outstanding claim.
Posting of received hooplas is required for this swap.
CLAIMING
1. Claims are made using the following procedure:
Person A (the swap organizer) will begin the swap by posting a list of themes in this swap thread.
Person B will choose a theme from one of A's themes and make a claim by posting his/her own list (see below for formatting of post).
Person C will make a claim on one of B's themes and post his/her own list.
Person D will make a claim on one of C's themes and post his/her own list etc...
This continues through the end of the month, when the swap organizer closes out the claiming part of the swap and continues this swap in the next round starting in the next month.
2. How to make a claim
:
A claim post should include the following information:
1. The theme you are choosing and who you’re sending it to.
2. The send by date (three weeks from the date the claim is made)
3. Statistical info about your current swap claims status:
Claims = Claims currently outstanding (ie., how many not yet received by their new owners.) (This number goes down each time a claim is received, and up each time you make a claim.)
Sent = anything currently in the mail.
Received = the hooplas received by the people you've sent them to.
Formatted thusly (claims outstanding/claims sent/claims received)
4. Your location.
5. Your personal preferences.
6. Your list of themes.
7. *Optional* Any wist or pininterest that would be relevant.
ONCE YOU HAVE MADE A CLAIM:
1. Send a personal message to the person you have claimed and request their address
2. You have 3 weeks to complete each hoopla (equivalent to at least a medium or 2 hours in crafting time), and have it in the mail to its new owner. You cannot have more than your maximum allotted claims outstanding (3 for FOC, 2 for non-FOC, 1 for new swappers)
ONCE YOU HAVE SENT OR RECEIVED A HOOPLA
1. Please PM the organizer and claimer/claimee when you send or receive a hoopla.
2. Label the message as Ongoing Hoopla Swap Sent or Received,
3. Be sure and include (1) the "send by" date, as well as (2) the theme and (3) who sent it
POSTING PICTURES
It is very important to post pictures of what your receive! We want to see all the amazing hooplas. Feedback will reflect if pictures are not posted. Please make sure to make arrangements if you will have issues posting pictures.
FEEDBACK
Positive feedback will be given when all of the hooplas you sent have been received. Good communication is vital and will be noted in feedback.
ANY QUESTIONS?
If you have any questions please post them in the discussion thread or PM the organizer. This thread is specifically for claims only.

Here's the first wishlist to start everyone off with!
My name is Emma and live in MI USA and have fallen deeply in love with embroidery. I love 3-D and mixed media effects with it, as well as simple beautiful line drawings. I love almost every color of the rainbow, except pastels, neons, and too much pink. Right now my favorite colors are typically deep blues and teals, leafy green, and reds that range from maroon to fire engine red. I have a bunch of beige and white background hoops already so I'd love some that have backgrounds with more color. This isn't required but I'd love a little more variety! There's also a bunch of ideas and inspiration on my profile and wist.
I love snarky humor! Adult themes and language are A-ok though not required. Lately I've been fascinated with steampunk designs, surrealism, and Teesha Moore style art. I'm a quirky weird kind of person and love the unusual and strange.
0 Claims outstanding, 0 Claims in Transit, 0 Claims Received
Here are my themes!
1. anatomical hearts
2. sideshow/oddities (would love a bearded woman or tattooed lady)
3. monochromatic in greens or blues
4. animals/dinosaurs doing human things
5. day of the dead
6. Incorporating this quote "I'm pretty sure there's a lot more to life than being really, really, ridiculously good looking. And I plan on finding out what that is."
7. sentient houses
8. oujia boards/fortune teller signs

Woohoo, first claim!!
I claim sheepBlue for 3. monochromatic in greens or blues
Send by 14 May (- have I counted right orgs? it is already Sunday here ...)
This is my 1st claim. So now I am 1 outstanding, 0 in transit, 0 received.
Hi, I’m Kirsten. I’m a full time student. I live in New Zealand, married with two stepsons and two spoilt cats. No allergies.
I like most colours, and particularly blue/green/teal/aqua, natural tones, or black and white. I’m not so keen on pastels and pinks/purples (though dusty/dull shades can be nice). For metallics, I like silver, copper or antiqued finishes, rather than gold. I tend to like things that are plainish and textured rather than very ornate. Some styles I particularly like are mid-century modern, Scandinavian, Japanese (but not kawaii). I usually like artsy-fartsy rather than cutesy
1. white/cream on natural linen – nature theme of some sort, or something simple
2. little bird – British robin, sparrow, or similar
3. monogram – ‘K’ - no particular style in mind, just something you''d like to stitch
4. creatures – frog, fish, fox, cat, tiger – I particularly like arty line-drawing styles
5. dalek or tardis
6. traditional blackwork (counted or freehand)
7. traditional redwork
- or a surprise inspired by my profile or wist
Small is good. Simple is good too. I like both cross stitch and embroidery. I like simple monochrome designs, and I also like textured and colourful stuff. I like historical needlework designs too.
Wisted hoop ideas
– I like “inspired by” rather than exact replicas. These are just a few ideas, I’m very flexible on styles.
Wisted embroidery stuff
– for some more ideas about my tastes.
Horrifying admission – although I have several fantastic hoop pieces on display here, I don’t actually have space for a proper hoopla wall.
(I know, it’s shocking!) I like to see/use all the fabulous embroidery Craftsters send me though! I have room to display some tiny (3-4”) hoops, but I do also like to get pieces that are not permanently glued/sewn into the hoop, so I can mount them on other items that I use and enjoy every day.

I claim Jemimah for
MONOGRAM K
Send by May 14
1st claim, so I am 1 outstanding, 0 transit, 0 received
Hi, I'm Robin. I am a medical coder by day but a crafter by night. I live in Alabama (USA), in the deep south. I love to shop in thrift stores!!! I usually buy lots of wool sweaters that I felt and then create with that fabric. It's great since it doesn't ravel when cut. I've been a cross stitcher for years, since I was about 15. Had never really embroidered much since high school, but when I found Craftster, I fell in love with embroidery all over again.
I have a hoopla wall (can be seen in my images profile here on Craftster). I am not a fan of pastel colors, but I love natural linens, pieced fabric mixed media artwork. Almost any color will work on my hoopla wall as the wall color is white and the accent colors in this room are lime green and black. I'm a cross stitcher and I do love x stitch, but I'm trying to focus more on embroidery or pieced fabric art with embroidery embellisments.
My themes:
1 stitched house or houses
2. R monogram
3. swirly tree
4. VW car or van (old 70's style)
5. "twitter" bird (like the twitter logo)
6. owl
7. "doodle" stitching (see Aimee Ray
http://www.etsy.com/shop/littledear?ref=seller_info
or
http://yougogirl.typepad.com/you_go_girl/doodle_stitching/
Thank you for whoever claims me
I can use any size hoop from 3" all the way up to how ever big you want to stitch
I have a WIST that will show some of my likes, but my flickr has a huge wall of "favorites" that will give you tons of ideas.
I don't mind a replica of a favorite on my WIST or Flickr, but just using something on there for "inspiration" is great also.

Send by May 15th

My name is Emma and live in MI USA, working and going to school to get my degree in art! My schedule can be kind of hectic at times, but I love to slow down and craft to Netflix all day. I am a complete jeans and tshirt kind of girl, really laid back and generally I don't bite

I claim SheepBlue for spider webs (not cartoony please)
Send by May 15th
1 Claims outstanding, 0 Claims in Transit, 0 Claims Received
My name is Laura and I live in Maryland with my husband, 3 kids, dog, cat, rabbit, and frogs.
I have a huge wall set aside for hoops and it has had many beautiful additions from swapping, but there is a ton of room left to fill.
I am a huge fan of Firefly/Serenity, steampunk, the color blue in all shades. I'm trying to make our house feel something like a beach cottage (even tho we are about 30 minute drive from the Chesapeake bay) but the house has more of an overstuffed, cluttered, lived in feel.
Here are my themes!
1. beach or ocean themed (ie, beachfront, boats, shells, waves, octopi etc)
2. Steampunk (maybe a variation of Urban Thread's clockwork fae or steam motifs airship or steam nouveau)
3. quotes from Firefly ("Ten percent of nuthin' is...let me do the math here...nuthin' into nuthin'...carry the nuthin'...",
"May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one." "Yeah, but she's our witch" "I swear by my pretty floral bonnet: I will end you."
"I can kill you with my brain." "A man walks down the street in that hat, people know he's not afraid of anything." "She is starting to damage my calm.")
4. blackwork
5. monochromatic in blues
6. a mini cross stitched quilt (any pattern)
7. silly frogs/tree frogs/faerie frog
8. Steampunk
9. The letter K or L
10. Anything at all that inspires you
Thank you!

Hi! I live just north of Atlanta, GA with my husband, 4 kids, and a cat. My hoop wall is in my bedroom. I think there is an updated picture in my Craftster Gallery. I love blues, greens, whites, ivories, and dark red. I don;t like creepy or monsters. I like pretty things.
Themes
1. Initial W
2. Steampunk/neovictorian
3. Alice in Wonderland(but not the Disney version)
4. Something Abstract/monochromatic in whites/ivory
5. Cute Birds
6. Vintage Transfer(but not the anthropomorphic dishes/fruit--animals, people are okay)
7. mixed media embroidery inspired by anything on this list
You can see the things I like on:
