Oooh... I love that! You had me at batik, but the smocking and fly-away back are really cute.

Maybe if you stitched two panels together to make the whole back part smocked, that might give ample booty room? I have to work around my ASSet, too.  Cheesy

I think it's the fabric itself, batiks are super stiff and don't 'flow'.  It fits around my hips and has plenty of room...just hangs up above the ASSet Cheesy  If I made this with linen, gauze, or any other flowy material it wouldn't 'stick' at the small of my back right above my butt Tongue
