I have a tendency to anthropomorphize things.  I think it's all because of "The Brave Little Toaster."  So, lately I've been seeing things in my house.  They were looking at me.  Except they didn't have eyes.  Well, the do now!

Baby monitor (sense a theme?):

Space heater:

Oh, my god, you're going to put my head where??!!

OMG - first I LOVE the Brave Little Toaster!  And second google eyes make everything better and I see faces on all those things too - I bet your little one will be glad to grow up among so many frineds    Well Done!!

HAHAHAHA!  I see the same things! Me thinks I need a pack of googley eyes. I once put glasses on my dogs butt and laughed so hard I had to pee. Well done.

Oh my goodness, the wipe warmer is SO cute! You know this googley eye thing reminds me of the Christopher Walken sketch "Indoor Gardening Tips from a Man Who's Very Afraid of Plants" from SNL. He puts googley eyes on ALL his plants because in order to know where you stand with someone/something you need to be able to look them in the eyes. Plants don't have eyes so to solve the problem he gives them eyes. Too funny.

What a great idea. Makes me want to watch Brave Little Toaster now myself!

Whee, this is excellent! I especially like the last picture of the kitchen appliance. 
I agree totally- the world gets so much better with googly eyes. I tend to put them on everything I can lay my hands on: lighters, notebooks, postcards, purses, wallets, Easter eggs... and I usually go for the many-eyed alien look, so I'm glad there's a store around the corner, that sells them in packages of 100 

Thanks a lot for the nudge on the Christopher Walken sketch, knittychick,- that's just hilarious! I think I'll be using that idea on plants that look like they intend to die on me
