So ever since I found laminated fabric online, had to make a raincoat!! (I just love these buttons-they matched so well!)


Simplicity 4084, a trench coat pattern, only I put a hood on it instead of the collar.

And then of course, I needed my boots and umbrella to match (yay! for Painters pens-I love them!)


There were some issues with sewing the laminated fabric, but I think I complained enough about it on my blog, and am in a better mood about the whole thing since I got to wear my rain gear today!

Very cool, nice work. The buttons are a perfect match. Is the laminated fabric difficult to sew? I think I've talked my mom into making my son an art apron with some.
