Hi all!

We have just updated a our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Rules.

I read through every single word in these documents before they went live. I'm very wary of things like this by nature but I assure you, there was NOTHING in them that made me even blink. It's all very straight forward and totally normal common sense stuff. Please give them a read if you have a chance!

Rules

Nothing in them should be new to you, mostly we just rewrote things, tidied them up and condensed them a bit. Hopefully they are a little easier to understand. Please take a moment and read through them. Let us know if you need any clarification!

Also, please note that they are no longer in the "Need to Know Guide". We know how very out of date that particular section is and we're working on updating it soon!

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may continue to contact you for the purpose of communicating information relating to this Site, as well as to facilitate, complete, or confirm any transaction that you may enter into or responding to your inquiry or request.

Meaning, we still won't sell your e-mail addies for any reason!

I read through the rules (with which I was already familiar), and am still not sure why one of my replies was flagged and editted by a mod. 

I loved a craft, so I made a comment, and in my comment, I asked for measurements, or a tutorial.  I was not "demanding" (which is what the rules state thou must not be), nor was I perseverating (no one else had asked for one yet).  Yet my reply was deemed inappropriate under this rule, and changed to "remove tutorial request". 

What gives?  Did something change that I was not aware of?
