Mmm, I love those rainbow ones!

Isn't it crazy how some turn out to be little circles and others are perfect squares?! Cheesy

Mine start off as circles and juejed (sp?) (manipulated) into squares.

I got a pkg. of Gd's in the mail today-from mangospanker!!  Grin

I love how they are tied together...which was a good thing cause the envelope was torn and some might have escaped otherwise! *whew*
I love the colors and the yarns...I'm thinking a navy color to join them all up with...=]
Thank you so much mangospanker!!!!!

Lovely colors you got, Kittymom! And, navy would look nice as a joining color, I think! And what a lovely bonus granny square, too!

koalascout, if Seereeoslee didn't work from a pattern, I may be able to write out how it looks like it was made. Or maybe she can give us a tip or two. It looks like she made a strip of GDs and then, to form the top part, it looks like she did a *dc, ch1* around for each row (6 rows in all). For the bottom of the bag, it looks like she started at the other edge of the GD strip and did 3 rows of *dc, ch1* around to form the bottom half. Then for the base, did the next round in the back loops only with a dc in each dc of the previous round, then decreased for 2 more rounds and maybe finished with a round of sc. Not too sure about the base. The next to last round may even have been hdc.

That sounds about right craftADDchick.  I just sort of made it up as I went along.  The inside/last row of the base was probably dc2tog, but maybe hdc2tog around.  Or I might have just fastened off and run a gathering line through and tightened it down.  I forgot to take a pic of the bottom of it before I sent it out.

It's fantastic, however you made it! It's already come in handy- I had some time to kill before a meeting yesterday and pulled out my little bag o' GDs and worked on a few ends. Because now, the faster I can get the ends of the random GDs finished, the faster I can go about joining them together!

Websites like these make me want to crochet more and more  Cheesy so, I'm off again to work on the Babette...

Send-outs are in 2 days! So, make sure to PM me when you send (or if you'll be a few days late).

And, I think I have the status of everyone correct in the first post. If you notice something amiss, please let me know via PM.

We have almost perfect communication (only 1 exception), which is awesome! Plentiful communication makes for a happy organizer Wink And, since I have been experiencing may 13+ hour days (from the time I leave in the morning until I get home at night) in the past 2 weeks, it has helped me tremendously!

This swap is just flying by! I think we'll have to do another round soon...
