This is how they turned out


Not too bad for my first go...just need to find some thicker leather for a more sturdy pair. These make great slippers though, so comfy and great for pottering around the garden!

Are they comfortable? Are they slippery?

They are sooo comfy! I've not taken them off since I finished them!

They're less slippery than I though they'd be. Seem pretty safe so far!

Phizzy, those are awesome!  Thanks for posting the link.  I think Lana would love to have some.  She has been doing those leather laceup projects recently so I know she'd really be into this.  Now to round up some leather!!
