I'll bet it's fabulous, TheMadMel!

And, my sister and I went down to Brooklyn to look at the sketchbook collection. Unfortunately, I forgot to come on here to get the info on the books I didn't get to see last year (TheMadMel, Smmarrt, Phizzychick). My sister said we could look up the info on her phone once we got there, but her smartphone was being stupid (and we ended up at the wrong address as a result). I'm sure we'll be down there again, so I'll make sure to take the list with me!

I'll probably hit another stop on the tour this year (maybe in Portland, ME again) so I'll try to check out some of this year's Craftster crop!

Finally set up a category for the LE SBP so now I'm #S77015 | The science of story

Only did this one spread so it would be the one to get published.

Didn't have time to scan the real deal before I made a mad dash for the post office, but I printed this out on canvas paper (it's a two-page spread) and scribbled over it a little with colored Sharpies. There is no white border in the sketchbook, and I rounded the corners a little.

Awesome!  Grin

I'm hanging out to see the sketchbooks when they make their way to Melbourne in November. They said the London and Melbourne shows will only have the books from their respective continents. Australia is it's own continent, so I hope they maybe stretch that to cover NZ, Pacific Islands, maybe S.E. Asia? Either way, I'm excited to see them!

It looks like they're not going to have international stops on the 2013 tour Sad
The only stops listed are North American. Sad sad sad.

I'll reconsider entering. It's hard because I won't see this year's show until November which is after signups finish anyway.

I'm still thinking about it for 2013. For this year, I passed it off to my sister with only a week to go, and she did it. I have an idea, but I have to see if I have enough elements to fill the book. Anyone know the page count for the 2013 books?

Thanks! So that means I'd have 15 2-page spreads, right? I think I can come up with 15 things... I'll have to start a list...
