Artisan food, organic produce, contemporary art, fashion and design. The Royal Oak Market brings them all together along with community stalls, music and free talks about gardening, eating green and living sustainably.

Come for a quick visit or stay the day, listen to music, grab a coffee and enjoy a variety of prepared foods including wood-fired pizza, French crepes, paella, gourmet sausages, and delicious pastries. Or make your own picnic with a choice of smoked fish, salami, cheese, bread, and fresh salad greens from the garden.

There will be a great selection of art and design stalls - perfect gift ideas or treats for yourself - contemporary jewellery, handmade cards and paper goods, t-shirts, funky baby clothes and accessories, toys, work from local artists, herbal balms and creams and so much more...and it’s all hand made by local artists, designers and craftspeople.

Looking for a little something special or an heirloom, browse through the antiques and collectables.

Take the opportunity to ask all those questions you have about growing your own organic fruit and vegetables when our Master Gardeners take you on a tour of our accessible organic garden.
Feeling the pressures of these tough economic times or just interested, meet with and attend a free presentation by Lisa Loveday on using a pressure cooker and on gardening practices to help you save.

The market will be held on Sunday 22 May, 10am - 2pm at 14 Erson Avenue, Royal Oak.
