I started this blanket back in November as a homecoming gift for my fiance. He is stationed in Korea and I am currently in Iraq but we will be home around the same time.

It's the second blanket that I've made and it took forever!

The blanket is folded in half on my twin bed. It's meant to fit a queen. I really hope it does!

I chose the colors because it has a mix of our favorites. The yarn is cotton and pretty soft. It's Caron Simply Soft paints.
I call it a sorta V-Stitch because about 3/4 of the way thru I realized I was doing the stitch wrong. Oppps! Roll Eyes

Anyway, hope you all like it!
