Look What Emily Made
« on: April 15, 2011 12:17:27 PM »

I work in the As Seen on TV industry and as a tribute to Billy I made a cross stitch of him.

I found a gif online that someone designed, and then used each pixel as a x stitch... a little tricky but I'm happy with how it turned out!

(PS I am also an Emily and made a billy mays embroidery [posted here a while back]. Coincidence?! Are all Emilys drawn to the power of the Billy Beard??!)  Cheesy

Thanks everyone!

Hi Emily - I found your Billy Mays Hoopla, that is fantastic, and you are right, such a co-incidence! Smiley

Here is another As Seen on TV thing I made: http://lookwhatemilymade.com/vinceshamwow.html

This is SO rad! Slightly crazy about the draw of Emilys to the Billy Mays. LOL!

That is amazing, how long did it take to complete that?

Thanks everyone!

I should have paid attention to how long it took, it is 8 x 11 inches so pretty big.

I started it a few years ago, then had trouble with the nose so I stopped working on it... then one day decided it was time to complete!

So I'd say it took "forever"   Smiley
