I remember reading Enid Blyton as a kid but I can't for the life of me remember a thing about the books... except for something about a moon head.

I'll have to revisit them Smiley

Enid Blyton books were a fave when I was growing up Smiley  Amelia Jane?  The golliwogs?  Oh, and all the circus stories.  It would be a fab trip down memory lane to do a swap based on this theme Smiley

I think there was an interest thread before about this that I commented on... But I would still definitely be up for one, providing that timing was good. She actually lived on the same road as my Grandmother and went to my church when she was younger. Which is pretty cool if you ask me. Smiley

Moonface is from the Faraway Tree. Smiley it was my most most MOST favouritest book growing up.
I loved it so much I was obsessively careful with it and its in such good nic. I have to convince my Mum to part with it soon, as I have a two-and-a-half month old. Smiley

Oh I totally forgot about naughty Amelia Jane!

Depending on the specs, I'd be interested in this one. I was the only one in our school (mind, we had 10-20 kids in entire school), who read and loved Enid Blyton. Remember those picnics of Famous Five? Mmm, ginger ale...

Oh, I love this! In 3rd grade, my teacher and the teacher in the next classroom would trade Wednesdays and read about the faraway tree to us. Sadly, I don't have my own books. I would looooove to, but I can't find them anywhere (at least, none that don't cost an arm and a leg). I'll have to check my library again...

If I can find the books, and the timing is right, I would be interested.

Oh I would love to join this swap, Magic Faraway Tree is my favourite *the land of birthdays - sigh*....but I just joined the Deathly Hallows swap.

If it could be held off till the start of July I would totally be in on it Smiley....if not, I guess I'd have to wait for another.

I think it will. Smiley My little girl has just started teething, and I'm trying to wrap up one swap in the next few days, and then have the continued swap of Make A Friend. So currently my hands are a little full. Wink

I do remember enjoying these books but I think I'll need to reread them... because to be honest I'm very old and forgetful Cheesy

I'd probably be up for this swap in the new year.

I'd be interested in an EB swap.  I loved the magic faraway tree, and so wished I could climb up a tree to find a new land each week!

I wished I could have gone to a school like Malory towers, although I'm not sure I would have wanted to be sent to Coventry!  (no offence, Coventry!  Wink)
