A new tree, but same style as last time (for the ones that know about that one)
I made it yesterday, and I am kind of happy with it. Only I do feel the first one was way better, as always its hard to try to make something 'as good' as another time, it is always different. And inspiration is always the strongest the first time.

Anyway, I still like to paint these odd trees on wood a lot, and plan to make some small ones, maybe with a sun or something extra next time.

I'm not sure if I saw your first one, but this one is just perfect!
I love the lighting/shading and the shape of the branches.
Great job!

It's absolutely beautiful. I love the highlights on the tree.
I'm curious - what size is it?

Also, you've combined two of my favorite things to paint myself - trees and swirls.

Wonderful work.  Smiley

I love this! I really like the kinky, wild curling limbs. I'm off to check out your other one now.

I love this.  That one swirl in the middle, the one that kind of has its own circle, really caught my eye.  I scrolled down and it was like BAM! haha. Smiley  Was that on purpose?  Very neat tree.
