Birthday VW bug

I made this for my mom yesterday. her birthday is coming up in a couple of days and as always cash is few and far between. So, I have been wanting to embroider a vw bug lately and figured it would be perfect for her since she had a blue one when we were kids. I found an image on the internet and added a little bit to it.

Thanks! I am gonna make more of them in different colors. I am trying to draw one up on this pretty aqua floral fabric I have. I think I am gonna embroider it in a nice vibrant yellow!

I remember as a kid seeing tons of them on the roads and living in a beach town it was one of the rides of preference along with the VW bus. Now you hardly see any on the road these days....

Well it was cool except for the times she had to pick up my sister and I and like 5 of our friends from the roller rink! lol
