Missing Willow, I really love your hoop house and your 'matoes look so cute! Alas, it is too cold for me to do anything yet, we are still waiting for snow to melt here...

Nice hoop house.  I wish I had a greenhouse.  It's on the list of projects for someday when we own our own house.

The snow here is almost gone now (just a bit in shady areas left).  I can finally see my garden beds now.  I may even be able to plant a few frost hardy things in the next few weeks.  It'll be another month though until all danger of frost is gone for us.

I can't imagine still waiting for the snow to go you guys!   Shocked  You're right, BestGardenArbor, it's too hot in the summer, even with the shadecloth.  We mainly use it fall thru spring for both plants and entertaining.  It's a go-to destination for me and my husband for a candlelight dinner and I've hosted several luncheons out there already this year.

OMG, if I had waited for there to be no chance for snow I wouldn't have anything planted yet.  We got snow like 2 weeks ago.  It didn't stick, but it definitely snowed.  I am a first time grower.  I live in a tiny apartment, but I started my plants a couple months ago (a couple in starters inside and the rest in pots outside on the balcony) and for the most part they are doing good, especially the crest.  I'm doing herbs, and I'm super excited to get to incorporate them into my canning this year.  The only thing that hasn't sprouted is my basil.  I'm thinking I might have to replant these.  I don't think they survived the cold like the others.

I love your greenhouse!  I can't wait to be able to get a house someday and put up a greenhouse.  For now I gotta live small dreams.  ^_^

My basil took forever to sprout!  I'd say go ahead and plant some new seeds while you continue to care for the ones you already planted.  You may end up with two crops.  Good luck!
