What do I do if I have one international swapper, and no one else in the swap who can send internationally?  (SU's for my swap aren't over yet, so this isn't set yet, but so far it's shaping up that way.)

If signups are over and you have an international swapper, but no one has said they will send internationally, post on the thread for volunteers. Often someone will step up and send out of the country. On the off chance that absolutely no one will send overseas, the only thing you can do is to pm the international swapper and tell them that you're sorry, but you will be unable to give them a partner, and that they will have to withdraw from the swap. If this happens, open a help desk ticket and a mod will remove their feedback.

If you are worried that no one will step up to send internationally, you may want to go ahead now and post about it in your swap discussion thread to see if anyone will change their mind on their postal restrictions.

I was in this situation previously and as an organizer, opted to partner myself with the international swapper so she could participate.
