Not saying I could do anything approaching this, but it's been on my mind to the point that I found myself in the toy aisle looking at puzzles. Was this a kid's big-piece puzzle before you improved it? I'm wondering now if Goodwill would have an old one that might have all its pieces (though one missing a couple of pieces might be more appropriate for MY autobiography  Wink! )

I actually saw the puzzle at Wegmans for $1.99 so I picked it up.  It is a kid's 24 piece puzzle.  I am sure that you can do something like this...it just takes time and a little inspiration :-)
