Oh my goodness -- I love that little fish!  And the cat with the aquarium is unbelievable.  What did you use to make the aquarium fiberartist4life?

This really is an amazing gallery.  I keep looking at all the different boxes with amazement!

Cheesy Oh my stars!  You guys just keep bringing 'em and bringing 'em!  Love Gordon - wonderful box - it DOES look like water splashing.  You all are rock stars when it comes to matchboxes.  I haven't seen one box in this swap that I wouldn't love to have.

that fish box is fabulous!!!

I received a tiny garden from dablondeemu today:

she packed all kinds of  things inside:

Here's everything unpacked:
a teeny bag of seeds (I don't know what they'll grow...she didn't say!),  a big seed that maybe a big bird will get tomorrow morning, a paper ticket, a bright purple pop top, an acorn top, a ladybug pin,a chili pepper (hot stuff!)...thank you so much for taking that theme, dablondeemu!:

Oh, I'm so glad he made it there in one piece! His little fins kept breaking off while I was making him, so I was a bit worried. I think Gordon is a fitting name for the little guy.  Cheesy

These boxes are so awesome. As a biology major, I squee'd over the dissected frog. The hedgehog and the little monster are cute, too. And look at all of the octopi!

Ready for more pictures of another awesome box?

This is the box gozer made for me. The outside of the box is so cute and itty bitty! The thought of making a squirrel that tiny blows my mind. Look at his cute little paws!

Tons of awesome stuff was packed inside.

Two kitty charms
Two butterfly charms
Two owl charms
A really pretty silver magnetic jewelry closure
A key charm
A couple of pin backs
Three cute little bumblebee buttons
A little wooden tree shape
Lots of itty bitty star beads.
Four woodland animal stickers, as well as another on the inside of the box.

I forgot to take a picture of it, but gozer's box was packaged in a little green tin with a cute little tree card and one of those neat fortune teller fish. I had never seen one of these fish before, but I haven't stopped playing with it since it arrived! I'm so easily amused.

Such a cute box, gozer! Thanks so much for making this a great swap.  Cheesy

They really are! Originally gozer's box was the only one with a poly-clay creature on it, but I had so much fun making the octopus that I wanted to make another animal. I'm really glad I did! (I'm also really glad you liked goldfish.)

I'm going to make another goldfish for my own shelf!  Grin

This really is an amazing gallery.  I keep looking at all the different boxes with amazement!

My daughter, Snazzlecraft found the tiniest storage boxes which knew would be perfect for my project.  She found them in the jewelry secion of Hobby Lobby.  Thank you baby, I love you!

I made the fish from shrinky dink materials, the mermaid was one I had from a bubble gum machine from the 1980's, then I added sand and for the water used Garden Splendor's "Quick water" for silks that I found at Michaels in the Floral Dept. -  By the way - it's not that quick.

I had to add a sealant of Sally Hanson's Hard as nails to finish it off.

I hope to be posting the detailed story of this project on my blog @ squirrlebaitcrafts.blogspot.com this week end.

Thank you for all the positive comments. My art is my therapy LOL.

Seriously cool! And where on earth did you find a Stargate Worlds tag?

SO glad you loved the box!!! I have to admit your box was kind of a challenge! I have never really done anything steam punk. Sadly I didn't even know what it was before you said you liked it, now I am in love with the style! Well, I am super glad that we were swap partners, I've learned so much and well I loved your box you sent me!
About the dog tag, I've had it for a while now. My ex-boyfriend gave it to me many, many years ago along with a lot of other lute from the Comic Com in San Diego! I'm glad I could give it a proper home!

My oh my, this gallery just gets better and better! SOoooOoo many tiny treasures. and OMG, I cant even believe yet another octopi! Starting to feel like someone needs to start and Octopus swap!? Woooo, or maybe ocean themed?
