wow it looks great and you cant really see the finger prints. If they bother you in the future use a cotton swap and alcohol and you can get rid of them before baking.

I just got my matchbox from Fireartist4Life and I nearly had a heart attack because I was so thrilled!

I told her that I was making a Barbie dollhouse and that I have an orange tabby cat named Firefox. And this is what I got!

It's so epic. My cat even has the belly like her lovely clay kitty does! (Oh, and he loves playing with beads, so he's been going at it like crazy since when I opened it, some of the beads fell on the floo). I love it so very, very much! My favorite of the goodies inside were the little Reniassance pictures because they fit the theme of my dollhouse living room perfectly as wall photos!

Thank you so much Fibreartist4Life!

All the boxes so far have been outstanding! I can hardly keep up with all the awesome pouring in.

I can't believe the size of that crochetted owl, whoa!
And I have to know more about that magnifying glass, did you actually make that?

I think the magnifying glass was from a pirate-themed playmobil set. I just embellished it. And yes, it absolutely does magnify.

I'm so glad you liked everything, hgddm!! [by the way, that talisman coin does come out of the ring, it's probably just a bit stuck].

This arrived a while back but unfortunately I was not here to receive it Cheesy  I was in the middle of tornado cleanup in Central Arkansas and completely forgot about the swap until my husband called me to tell me that a package arrived. Thankfully, I have a very understanding partner and now that I've seen what she sent me... well... she is amazing and I hope she isn't disappointed by what I made her!

Anyway, onto the photos!

this is a picture of the handmade box along with the extras that didn't fit inside. The beads! I LOVE THE BEADS! There is a little bead that looks like corn and I have JUST the project for it!

This is a closeup of the amazingly drawn cover. I am completely in love!

The insides!!! I have no idea how she got all of that to fit! There are 3 twilight guitar picks, a handmade pendant (underneath the skillet, next to the flowers) a wire ring, a stag charm, a strawberry patch, clothespin, cute little skillet, and shiny sequinesque flowers.

Thank you, Strawberryh!!!

Shocked  I had totally thought that I would one day get into a matchbox swap (I've only participated in one swap so far), but now - how could I compete?  The lab table and kitty-in-the-aquarium-that-sits-on-top-of-a-bureau - WOW - two of the most unique matchboxes I've seen.  Talk about the sky's the limit!!!!  Awesome match boxes ALL OF THEM - so clever and original -  Wink

I'm so sorry I havn't posted sooner!. I had issues with posting before I left for my harry potter convention and the hotel's wifi was killed by hundreds of fangirls lol.

I have received from Theaquacreature and I am madly in love with the matchbox as well as the contents!

Sooo pretty and steampunk-esque on the outside.

All neatly packed up!

The goodies... beads, springs, dice, etc. So much fun.

And my favorite piece of all, a sparkly handmade Stargate charm! Genius!

Seriously cool! And where on earth did you find a Stargate Worlds tag?
