Simplicity pattern 9966 for a costume starts will a binding roll.... has any one ever used it and how the heck do they call this one simplicity? i would truly love some help with the binding roll thing so i dont dissappoint the 16 year old going to the festival in the costume if i can finish it.I have four years of sewing in school and have no idea what that is supposed to be or where it is used in the pattern.

Do they mean a rolled hem?   Huh  Without actually reading the instructions I'm not sure what "binding roll" refers to.   Tongue  Looks like it uses very sheer fabric which would require a rolled hem.  Anyway that's my guess so far!

Does the costume need bias binding anywhere? It could refer to that....

Also, if you modified your title and made it more decriptive, you might get more responses..
