I'm so glad you liked the bags, bananaleg!  Smiley  I was able to use all stash fabrics, too... and these are totally addicting to make!  (Here's a tutorial, similar to how I made them.)

I'd really love more details on the strawberry expandable grocery bag. How big is it when expanded? what sort of material did you use? how big is the strawberry that it stuffs into? Is there a pattern somewhere?

It was a Dollar Tree find... I didn't make it.  It unfolded to a pretty good-sized bag, like a regular plastic bag!  I'm not sure what the fabric was, either... maybe a thin nylon?  They also had watermelon ones, and some other fruit but my mind has gone blank.   Sorry, I'm not much help, but maybe you can check out your local dollar store?  Good luck!

Thanks! I'll take a look. I've got a couple Dollar Tree's near me. I'll check them out soon.

I received from sewingcybermom today. I have to say this is one of my most favorite swap items I've ever received. It's a little trash bag for my car! It's so fantastically put together and I admire her sewing skills. The few times I've tried sewing, it ended in me saying lots of bad words and then I ended up crying (I blame pregnancy hormones a bit). The inner liner is a biodegradable doggie-doo bag. How brilliant is that?! She sent me a couple and I'll be buying more as needed.

Here's a view from above:

And here's an action shot:
