what an amazing feat! My 4 year old is obsessed with Thomas the Tank engine, but sadly I don't have the skills nor the patience to make something like this - that and I'd be waaaaaay sad when he finally sat on it and finished it off. That being said, your project is my favourite Cheesy

Being the mom of a Thomas the tank engine fanatic, this is so awesome and so much better than paying upwards of $100 for one.  You got my vote!

Thanks Kathi! I wouldn't have known yet if you hadn't said that. Yay!! ((does a jig then composes herself))

Thanks to all who voted and for all the awesome comments!! Smiley I'm happy to report it's still in one piece and I've only had to make minor repairs (he is a toddler after all, you should have seen what he did to the cardboard kid sized train I made him last year ... sob). I hope you all have/had a great weekend I know I did!

We should all fear evil men, but what we should fear most, is the indifference of good men. On a lighter note..have you smiled today? If you have not, Just DO IT! If you have..do it again!

Congratulations! Well deserved, but I'm sure the best critic was your son!

I'm in awe! My son is also Thomas crazy (I'm beginning to wonder what 2-4 year old boys AREN'T obsessed with Thomas!) and you have inspired me. This is truly awesome! Smiley
