So, my mom wanted one of those quilted purses but absolutely did NOT want to dish out the dinero to buy one. So she enlisted me to find some pretty quilted fabric and I did- just what she wanted. So I fished out the ole' jordy tute and now she has a gorgeous, expensive looking purse (I can't think of the name for the brand of these that are actually expensive, but...) that I made for $5!!

Comments? Critiques? Etc, etc?

^ this is the purse all done!

^ Here's the purse inside colors and ugly velcro- oh, and sorry for the finger in there- oops!

^detail on the fabric

YAY for purses!!

Lili- The fabric I bought was... uh... "pre-quilted", I guess? So it had batting sewn into the fabric, so I guess it made it a ton easier on me!

Oh- and thanks for the name of the company!

lesportsac does quilted bags too, they usually use synthetic materiasl though.  your cool print made me think of those bags.  great job, love the colors!

If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down? We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.
