a friend of mine is going to a costume party in a few weeks and was trying to decide what to wear. I told
her she should let me make her a pom pom and pipe cleaner dress and she bravely agreed.  I glued all the pom poms
on and sewed the pipe cleaners on breaking a few needles in the process.  She is pleased with how it turned out but
said it needed some accessories so I made a bag and a wrist corsage.  It was a fun project, hope you like it.

Thanks for looking  Grin

Heehee, this is funny.. and well done. What a great idea to use pipecleaners!  I like how you used them to create a pattern on the dress, very funky 80's style Wink  And may I also congratulate you to having a brave friend? I hope you'll post pics with her wearing it too. =)

Very cool and a definite conversation starter! She should be thanking you for this not "agreeing" to wear it! She'll be the life of the party!

We should all fear evil men, but what we should fear most, is the indifference of good men. On a lighter note..have you smiled today? If you have not, Just DO IT! If you have..do it again!

Thanks, she's away at the moment so I had to display it on the mannequin, but I thought I'd post pics of the aftermath.  I can't imagine it lasting all night so it should be interesting to see what ends up more trashed, the dress or the friend!
