I love to find old handcrafted stuff at fleamarkets and secondhand shops. But how to use them in a modern home with no bell wires or table runners?
I made this pillow of an needlepointed bell wire, the back of a shirt and some vintage fabric, my sister gave me.
When resting my head on it, I hope the wisdom from the bell wire seeps into me  Grin. It is in Danish, and says: teach yourself, while you live, to love, to forget and forgive

That's a really nice way to turn it into something you can use! Great job!  Smiley
