I made this unicorn for my 4 year old niece's birthday. It's not the first unicorn I've made, but it's the first one that I wasn't too embarrassed to post here. I used a pattern - Simplicity 2921, but I'm slowly working on drafting my own patterns. It's made from flannel (my favorite stuffed animal fabric) and stuffed with polyfil and some poly pellets in the legs. I hope you like it!

Wow. That's incredible. Most impressive. I've never sewn a stuffed animal. Not so sure I could. You did great work.

She is so cute! I've got to get some pellets for my stuffed toys. I haven't used flannel, yet. Is it stretchy at all?

It is better to have crafted and failed then never to have crafted at all.
Yes, I am stalking the Toys and Playthings board. Thanks for noticing!
I'm cheating on Craftster with Pinterest. It's ok though. There's overlap.

No, and it's even a sort of large weave so you have to watch out for pulling the threads apart if you're not careful when hand stitching. It can be kind of a pain, but I really like the clarity of the printing since it's not fuzzy like fleece. I also just like the way it feels.

Thank so much for all the comments, guys. I really appreciate it.
