Will there be BUNK BEDS? If so, I expect them to be hand-whittled by resident artisans. Out of giant popsicle sticks.

But of course!

ooooo-you guys planned this just for me, I know!  My son (only child) moved to Nebraska last year, and I spend my time crying, when I'm not crafting of course.  I will be so much closer to him - I'm going to sign up for the "Make a sewing machine class" and I have a gently used stand mixer!  Woohoo, I'm packing!!! Grin  PS - is Craft, Nebraska close to Lincoln or Grand Island?  Or which part of the state - I just want to know how close the nearest quilt shops are.  Thanks for any info.

Maybe as the place grows, you know, gets more developed, we could all pitch in and adopt an exotic bird to bring on - for colorful feathers -  like peacocks and ostrich..and swans (is there a pond for swans?) and so forth....they could dorm with the ducks and chickens in the winter!  Grin

Any Harry Potter fans in the house?
I was wondering if we could set up 4 dorms since you guys are still doing building plans, and we could assign each dorm the colors and name of each of the Harry Potter houses?

People, if you could see my apartment, you would see that I already live in Craftsterland. And in true San Francisco tradition, I am the empress!

Okay, I can't afford the fees BUT I think I can offer a good swap.

He is a chemist who forges iron in his spare time, and who once tried to make gunpowder on his toothbrush rack (as a KID...it didn't work...that's why he became a chemist!).  He could craft one hellova distillery! And run a fireworks making class!  (I'm assuming that we will have our OWN laws with regards to hand-crafted, sparkling goodies?)

Anyway -- could I swap him for a year's rent and tuition?  Mind you, he might not want to leave his wife and kids...and he is 6'6"....So if anyone has extra duct tape to spare, send it to me and I'll bring him!
