35 minutes to make a skirt and learn zippers, button-holes and more! Where can I sign up?? (*fingers crossed that i'm one of the first 3 to join!*).  Cheesy Cheesy

Should I put the $$ straight into your account, Always? And will I need to tip you at the end? I'm not American and i'm always confused about what situations I need to tip or not!

There will be tip jar on my workstation...I will be working on other projects while you guys sew, but I will be guarding the tip jar carefully....

Don't be snarky, pixieval...I don't see any problem with master crocheters or knitters transitioning to sewing!  They can add wonderful embellishments to their skirts!

Sewing and crochet can't be *that* different.  They wouldn't be on one website together if they were!

I *hate* to step on anyone's toes, but in Mio's case, maybe she could bring her crochet with her and crochet the same skirt that you guys are sewing? I've seen her crochet at our Craftster crochet gatherings, and its pretty fast?

How long does resin take to set? Don't forget you only have 35 minutes and you don't want to go overtime or you won't have time to have your photo taken in one of the three chosen poses!

You will need special permission for that and equipment...please see the soon-to-be posted guidelines on Crafting Safety that junggrl will be posting in the News section in a few weeks...

There have been reports of abuse with improper use of resin and also E600 glue...

oh, thanks, sweats4ever sweets4ever (sorry)

btw--I forgot what size you told me you wore...size 4, right? I will be sure that one of the cuter skirts is that size..Smiley

I'm definitely signing up for this class. Learning how to properly insert a zipper sounds fantastic! And making a skirt out of sheer fabric... I hear that stuff can be quite tricky!
Fantasticmio- I do a little of both sewing and crochet and they're really not all that different at all! I mean, they both use some type of string and needles! So, it would be the same for knitting, too! ooh! ooh! I got it!
Sewing = Crochet = Knitting = Sewing
That's my math for the day... and speaking of math...

Anyone who is wondering who the Craftsterland loan shark is, that's me, although I prefer being called an usurer much more as it doesn't pop up in a google search as many times as "loan shark" does. At a 250% interest hike per day (interest compounds) that is... quite affordable to take on my loans, especially if you go for that second (third or fourth) mortgage!!! Hit me up with a PM if you're interested in taking my offer, especially if you're thinking of taking this class! I'd love to be able to see face-to-face just who I'm giving my money out to... just in case... you know? Wink I also offer my services to those needing other crafting equipment and such. But sorry, I do not provide loans for non-crafting means (like buying yourself a rare pig-nosed chameleon or such) as I do not condone any other activity but crafting. Crafting is the end-all be-all!
