I created a fun item for my partner in the Random Acts of Kindness swap (not yet sent out), and it got me hooked on owls. I made a bunch of ATC's this morning, then later moved to my sewing machine. Here is what I ended up with.

Owl on old jeans- I am not sure what I plan to do with this little gal yet. Maybe make a bag for her to sit on, or use it as a patch, or just add it to the scarp quilt I am making for my dd...

4 layers thick owl- Both sides turned out pretty good. I love that it could be used as a stuffie or added to clothes, bags, etc.

Off to make some more owls! Or maybe a bag, or a cute shirt for one of the owls to live one...

So cute! I think it's a great idea to make a patch out of the denim one.
