In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity

My new goal is to create an item a day!  That means finishing spinning a yarn or dyeing some new fiber.  I haven't been able to meet this goal completely, but I'm working towards it.

What goals do you set to make sure that your day goes well?

And to share my latest project:

Beautiful colors!!!

I am always jotting down notes for things that I need to make and do while I'm doing my rounds on computer. When I finally get up to the craftroom, I try to work through any of those ideas that I have jotted down that fit within whatever other tasks were set for the day. Sometimes the ideas have to wait a while before being tried. My standard goal is always to keep improving and hopefullly learn something new in the process.

Yeah, we've been setting goals in the Craft A Long. How you seen that thread yet? It's amazing. SO much fibery talk. I feel even more at home there than I do in the FF threads. Come to think of it, I haven't set a fiber goal this month *gasp!* but then again, I don't know what fiber I will have by the end of the month, or when I will get my 3 raw fleeces.
