Nee a checklist for redoing a guest bath from ceiling down to floor

It's a tiny full bath, but everything needs to be replaced.  I have some ideas to do at least part of the work, but---where to start???  I was thinking of pulling everything out, and now where to go from there?  Thank you everybody for your help!

I am almost finished my bathroom (think year-long project) and here's kind of how I did it (in order) after taking everything out: Floor (in case its not strong enough to support the new things you're putting in; i.e., my floor tiles indicated my subfloor had to be x thick), electrical changes, plumbing changes, walls (cement board), tub, shower tile, grout/seal, paint, light fixture, floor tile (mine is ungrouted and rustic), caulking, trim boards, toilet (trust me, you don't want to paint after you put the toilet in), mirror/medicine cabinet, vanity (after the mirror or else you'll be forever reaching around and above it), door, shower curtain rod (I wholeheartedly recommend a curved rod), towel rods (this'd be the part I'm at right now), touch up paint, deco, reveal
