One day in the summer, I decided to start planning out what to make everybody for Christmas. I had decided to make my eldest sister a blanket. " But what blanket?", my mind though. And so off I went to the internet..........and I found it. It was one of the most amazing blankets I had ever seen. But there was one problem.....the pattern was $6............and I didn't have the type payment they wanted. And so I asked my brother if he could pay it and then I would pay him when he came home for Thanksgiving Break. And gladly he said "Yes". On September 12, 2010 I started the blanket and 56 days later I had this:

And even though I didn't take a picture of it afterward, I added a nice, soft, green fabric on the back. On Christmas Day, after we opened the presents, my family told me the best expression when opening a present was mine. And that was when I was giving this one. I was literally freaking out when my sister opened her present Grin

That is one of the nicest color schemes for a Babette. You did that in record time and it is just gorgeous! No wonder your sister loved it! And your brother is nice, too!

Awesome blanket! I want one for myself.  Wink
