will have to sign up this evening. I'm going to be a difficult participant, as I can only  make 2 things right now(wool dryer balls and mesh bags for produce at the grocery, instead of plastic ones)  because my sewing machine either hates me or is dying.....

Belladune, you're a easy match- lots of people want precisely the two things you can make! I still love the produce bag i got from you in the MAF. It's easy the most used item i have ever received in a swap.

I will do my best to have the partners done by noon tomorrow, so everyone has time to gather their supplies (hopefully from existing stash) and get going.

I'm so bummed. I just had to message Missing_Muse to ask if I can drop out of the swap. My mom fell and broke her wrist and a couple ribs, and so I'll be spending my weekend doing her medical transcription.  Sad

Sorry, guys. I was totally looking forward to this. I hope we'll do one again soon!

I know, right? I'll just take a moment to say to everyone Never. Buy. Appliances. From. Sears.

I boguht this dishwasher in January and here it is April and I've still never once been able to wash a load with it. It has problem after problem and they won't officially call it defective and get me a new one until they have to come out 4 times for the same problem. Time between the trouble call and the time they get out here is 3-4 weeks so yeah, it's gonna be like June or July before I can get a new one. In the mean time, I just have to wash dishes by hand after spending $600 on a machine to do it for me. Sears sucks. Sad

Anyways, it's 2pm now and I haven't gotten a call or anything yet SO I'll probably have to send late. I'll send out the proper PMs if it comes to that.

Ugh, that's horrible, PaperBag! I'm sorry they're being douchebags.
I was going to say, "If i lived near you, i would do your dishes for you." Then i looked at your profile, and we actually live in the same state. Haha. (Might sound weird, but i prefer washing dishes by hand.)

Anyway, i sent today. Can't wait for barbolot to get her package!

The guy came and left with a puzzled look. Basically, "Well, I don't know why it's broken... I'll be back in 3 weeks." Seriously. Awesome.

I find that sometimes the partner waiting is more nerve wracking than the package waiting. I had a panic moment a while back getting paired with Foxyblue in the RAK swap. It was all "WHAT? Why would you put me with a professional artist?!" I feel better once I've done the work and all I can do is hope my partner likes what I've done.

We're just waiting on a few people to turn in their DC numbers. Great job guys! You've all been really easy to organize. Thanks!
