I absolutely love the pattern on the dress! And the pattern is clever! As a beginner sewer I only know of the many-piece patter, did you make the pattern yourself or from a website?

Was the shirt you used quite long? I'm thinking of using over-sized tshirts to get the length (as none of mine go below the hips) but I feel that I will have to sew it into shape for the shoulders to keep it more fitted..

I've been teaching myself how to sew the last few months so I'm still learning Smiley

Hi! I made the pattern by myself. It's just the shape of a shirt but longer than the original. You don`t need to use a bigger shirt!! just use one of your size and expand the shape down to the legs Smiley it's easy!!!
