Decided it was a good day to teach myself a garnish technique and ended up slightly upset with how easy it was to do.

Basically, take a tomato and a good sharp pairing knife and cut the skin off a tomato. Try to skin it without breaking your cut as long as possible and leaving as much flesh on the tomato as possible...I was able to do the entire tomato with using an ultra sharp knife.
Once that is done. Flip it so the flesh side is up and start rolling. Once you have the rose the size you want, cut off the excess. Flip the rose up and use the tip of your knife to move it to a plate or where ever.
