Cooking Swaps

I crochet and I bake, but I have never seen a cooking swap on here...not that I have been doing swaps for very long. Anyway, I have two ideas for cooking swaps.

The first is pretty simple. A recipe swap...yes, I know, this is easily done via email. I just like the idea of sending them via snail mail. It could be required that you send one appetizer, one bread and/or soup, one entree, and one dessert...or something along those lines. Maybe just do family recipes...nothing out of a cookbook. (at least not a recent cook book)

The other swap I would like to do is a bread or a cookie swap. Both of these are reasonably simple to ship..as far as foods go.

I've never organized a swap, but if people are interested in participating in either of these swaps, I'd like to try my hand at it. If I do, I'd like to start towards the end of April or the start of May.

I wasn't in this Scrap Book Cookbook swap but it had a pretty cool gallery.

I might be up for something recipe/baking/bread starter/or candy making related.
