I had a lovely pair of corduroy trousers.  Unfortunately I managed to get chewing gum on one of the legs - doh!  Not wanting to throw them away, using some ikea patterned fabric I created a new skirt!

New skirt!

gum fail!

chop off the legs

rip open the seams

add patterned fabric Smiley

Nice save. It makes for a cute skirt and I love the little picture tutorial.

The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. . . . I would rather have cheese.
