These prosthetics I made for a roleplay encounter (LARP), and the attachments are made of latex, and the thread is made of sinew to simulate thick stitches.  I had to use a gravy boat to drink out of cause once they are on you cant talk or drink unless you have a straw(or gravy boat).  They were very effective and creepy looking to boot

It got some very shocked responses from the crew at my larp.  because of the way I did them up, someone was actually able to hog tie me and cut them with a pair of scissors too  for added effect
