My good friend Hilda bought me Amy Butler's Style Stitches Book for Christmas.  I was a participant in the Make a Purse/Fill is Swap and saw 3 bags from said book.  As the weather here in NorCal has been rainy for the past week I started to make 6 items from the book.  I have made 2 just 4 more to go.  I made my RES from cotton and vinyl, but my Shopper is not reversible!! I will make my next one Reversible!! I am looking forward to making that one.  My sister-in-Christ wants one now!! Grin

Exterior Of my RES

My Touch: Exterior side pockets with elastic for security

My Touch: Velcour on Exterior pocket panels

Interior of RES

My Touch: Pocket panel sewn in the middle to form 2 pockets

My Touch: Pocket panel with small pocket made from {key keeper coin purse pattern piece}

My Touch: Interior Key holder

Exterior Interior and Handles

Key Keeper Coin Purse

My Reversible Everyday Shopper Action Shot!!

I am really amazed how my RES turned out.  I wanted to add other details those that did not make this round will sure make it on the next RES!!! What do you think?   Smiley

Your bag is very pretty and I like how you added your own touches to personalize the pattern.  I especially like the print fabric you chose!

I LOOOOOOOVED making the Cosmo bag for that swap! It was super easy and VERY VERY big. It makes a good diaper bag for new moms. I'm so happy you're sewing from the book! It's worth it eh? But now EVERYBODY is going to want one! LOL! Lovely job Green ^^
