it's beautiful! such rich colors and textures, the bead work is incredible, and i LOVE the travel theme

Margiej received her quilt today. It isn't the showstopper that I had hoped it would be as I couldn't quite the vision out of my head and onto the fabric. It's a close facsimile, though.

Sorry for the dark picture; I had to bring it to work and take it under the lights in my classroom. Obviously, I was inspired by her "Native American" theme and her favorite colors, purple, turquoise, rose, and lime.

This one shows the colors a bit better.

I used a very fluffy batting, in hopes that the dreamcatcher would really pop.

the dreamcatcher came out really nice!

Also, the travel film roll is amazing, I can't believe that whole tree is beads!

I love my quilt from Keeperrox! It is absolutely amazing with the stitching. The dream catching part is like a spirograph drawing, and the stitching in the triangles that make the border is so sharp and precise! I cannot control my sewing machine well enough to do anything at all like that, so I really appreciate the work that went into making this! I love that batik fabric, in fact I love it all! Thank you so much!! Kiss

I had to watch American Idol results tonite. I hate that Paul got voted off. Now I have to somehow attack the fleas that have become a big problem in the past few days. I knew my old cat had fleas pretty bad, but I had to take her to the vet this afternoon, and she may not make it! I just didn't realize! So take my advice and treat your pets and environment because it is spring and the fleas are real bad this year, the vet said.
