Since I love all things furry, but like the combination of useful+ funny, I made a toiletpaper-animal. Just for myself at first, but visiting people often end up asking for their own, so here is one:

Love it!
I may have to make something like this for my son.

(Would you mind telling me how you attached it to the wall/tlt paper holder?)

Thank you so much for your lovely comments! Grin It makes me really happy to have inspired some smiles Roll Eyes

Sure Smiley It's pretty simple. You'll need one of these old-style plastic toiletpaper holders:

(sorry the picture is so bad)
They already have the shape you'll need, meaning they open and have something like a mouth Smiley And they have holes in the back to attach them to the wall with. Lately, they have been a little hard to find, so you could also use a holder with just a piece of plastic on top . Then you take some long pile fake fur, cut out the shapes and just glue it to the toiletpaper holder, add some eyes or teeth according to taste ... and Voila! There's your new toiletpaper animal Grin
I hope that description helps!

And everyone: please show me a picture when you're done- I'd love to see what you come up with!  Grin

Too funny!  I would make one, but I think it would freak my son out.  He is quite easily freaked out, unfortunately.

I understand ... I was quite easily freaked out as a kid too. I was convinced my toys were alive and had their own worries and lives. I can imagine how one could think it would upset a toiletpaper animal to take toiletpaper from him. Maybe you could make him something REALLY friendly with a big smile Grin

That's really cool. I would definitly like to try to make one but I'll have to give it some extra thought since we live in a duplex and can't drill holes in the wall.
