What?!?!  This sweater is amazing. Love the upscaling, love the Alice theme, love the colors, the twirliness... everything.
Was about to ask acout your technique but I see it's been answered.  Anyway, kudos, you look marvelous in it too, btw.

I have been following your clothing posts and checked out your website a few times. I love your stuff! you are very very talented. Your dresses are so whimsical and fun.
i really want to get better at sewing my own clothes but so far im not great at patterns. Did you have any school training or did you teach yourself to sew?

Thank you! Other than making a stuffed animal in a middle school Life Skills class I'm self taught. Cheesy

Remarkably cute and fun! How did you keep the sweaters from unraveling on you?

They stay together fairly well if you're gentle with them. Once you've started cutting, you can't really stretch or pull on them or you're asking for trouble. They make a RIDICULOUS amount of lint, though. I should probably wear a mask to avoid the technicolor snot.

Looks great!
I've been eyeing Catwise's sweaters like this on Etsy for a long time too but there's just no way I'm paying $300+ for something I can make myself! Even though I'm sure it's worth the time put into it.
I've been collecting sweaters and probably have enough to make one by now. Just have to find the time, sigh. How long did it take you?

Okay, I live in Sask. Canada where half the year is winter...that would be AWESOME to wear!!!!!!!!!!! I saw them in your Etsy store earlier and would totally buy one...sadly, I'm a poor college student...I'm thinking I'll have to keep an eye out for cool sweaters and make something similar though mine could never be as awesome as yours. I love them. This one and all the others on Etsy. Smiley
